Since the beginning of time, milk
has been essential for healthy development in people and animals.
Even though milk today is processed more and more to make high
quality and functional nutritional products, it is still a valuable
basic foodstuff that will still be much the same in the future.

Milk - in all of its different forms
- is our passion. As an internationally active trading company
with headquarters in Hamburg, we see ourselves as a partner and
“global player” in the dairy industry, on the one
hand and an industrial consumer of the food industry on the other.
We combine the strengths of each manufacturer with our knowledge
and experience in market organisation, differences in currency
and freight advantages to supply our customers with products that
are individually tailored to meet their needs with the best price
/ performance ratio possible. |

In addition to just trading in bulk
products, we have various products, e.g. milk powder and milk
protein, produced by dairies under wage labour and according to
our specifications.
Following its establishment in November 2001, our company has
continued to develop dynamically and with a great deal of success.
We are in a good position to face the future with our production
sites in Erfurt (butter and milk powder / powder mixes) and
Gransee (UHT milk, acid curd from skim milk (dry quarg) and
ultra-filtered milk). Our plants are approved according to the
highest quality standards, IFS and ISO:9001. As well as the
production sites mentioned above, we have our own fleet of trucks,
currently totalling 20, for transporting liquid foodstuffs.
Our branch in Gransee, approved according to GMP B2 and B4.1,
is in charge of coordinating transport. With around 165 employees
in Hamburg, Erfurt, Gransee and Borken, we generate an annual
turnover of €500 million and a volume of trade of 500,000
ton.
